Mihály Von Zichy (Zala, Hungary, October 15, 1827 - St. Petersburg, Russia, February 28, 1906) was a painter recognised during the first boom of Art Nouveau. He founded a society to support painters in need.
His erotic drawings have a particular warm intensity in which both members of the couple seem equal partners. He titled this series of pictures simply 'LOVE'. They represent studies & attempts to objectively portray eroticism.
