Crab Mistakes Nude Sunbather's VAGINA For An OYSTER

A nude sunbather on Singapore beach was injured after a crab mistook her vagina for oyster on May 24 at Changi Beach, Singapore.

The 28 year old Pasir Ris resident who decided to sunbathe nude received a deep laceration on her vagina after she was bitten by a crab. A marine biologist said the crab, likely a horn eyed ghost crab, might have confused the woman's genitals with an oyster, part of their natural diet.

In both in visual appearance and smell the female genitals are similar to oysters and other molluscs; they share a soft unsegmented body tissue concealed by fold of skin, the mantle.

The woman with two of her friends decided to sunbathe naked that afternoon as women often do when the beach is largely deserted to get a full body tan despite the despite it being an illegal act in Singapore. "We had been on the beach for about 15 minutes and I had just fallen asleep when i was woken up by my  friend who was screaming that something had bitten her. I woke up to see a crab hanging off the lips of her vagina."

Both the friends helped her get the crab off and being afraid the crab's pincers could have been poisonous and took turns to suck out the venom from the wound and clean it before medical teams arrived, an act they have been commended for, having shown the maturity when dealing with the incident. While the pincers are not really venomous they can cause an allergic reaction when they pierce sensitive areas, particularly the genitals.

It is reported that the woman was in convulsions when the medical team arrived. However they put it down to the fact that she was convulsing from an orgasm in response to her two friends having sucked her vagina.
